 PASAN produces a quarterly bulletin entitled Cell Count. This unique publication is the only newsletter in Canada providing a forum for prisoners to explore and share their own experiences, ideas, and fears about HIV. PASAN distributes 2000 issues a year to prisoners, institutions, and agencies across the country.

Below you can fill out a form to subscribe for printed issues.  Cell Count is free for people living with HIV, prisoners, ex-prisoners and their families in Canada.  For everyone else, becoming a member of PASAN at a suggested donation of $20/year and have the option of subscribing to printed issues of Cell Count.  PDF versions of our latest issues are accessible below.
